American Coconut Macaroons – a favorite Geneva Baking Company dessert referred to as “COCO MACS”also known as Coconut Haystacks – enjoy them plain or drizzled in Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, or White Chocolate. We use our local chocolatier Chocolate melts for the drizzle.
These make a beautiful tower and add to your sweet table for holidays, events and weddings.
Need minimum of 48 to make the tower.
Coco Macs are naturally Gluten-Free due to the ingredients. However, they are created in a kitchen on equipment exposed to gluten products.

Each macaroon is more than a mouthful! By weight, they are 25 g each before the chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients: Coconut,Sugar, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla and Almond Extracts and Chocolate if ordered with drizzle.,
Packaged and shipped in packs of 12 – orders of 3 dozen / 36.
Store/refrigerate for 2-3 weeks or or freeze to enjoy at a later date.
